FitFlexity provides AI-powered personalized diet plans. The service generates meal recommendations based on your profile information, including age, gender, weight, height, activity level, and fitness goals.

4. Medical Disclaimer

FitFlexity provides general nutritional information and meal recommendations. This is not medical advice. Consult with a healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions, allergies, or specific health concerns.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • You must disclose any food allergies or intolerances when creating a diet plan.
  • You are responsible for making informed decisions about your diet and health.

6. Intellectual Property

The FitFlexity service, including its design, functionality, and AI-generated content, is owned by FitFlexity. You retain ownership of the data you provide, but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

7. Service Availability

FitFlexity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

FitFlexity is not liable for any health issues, injuries, or damages arising from your use of our diet plans or recommendations. You use our service at your own risk.
