- Diet Plans: Dietary preferences, meal plans, food allergies, intolerances, excluded foods, and notes you provide.
- Session Data: IP address, user agent, and session tokens for authentication and security purposes.
- Waitlist: Email address if you join our waitlist.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide personalized diet plans based on your profile
- Generate AI-powered meal recommendations
- Maintain your account and authenticate your sessions
- Store your diet plans and preferences
- Contact you about your waitlist status if applicable
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. Diet plan information is also stored in vector databases (Pinecone or Qdrant) to enable AI-powered features like personalized recommendations and chat functionality.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth: For authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to the data they collect during authentication.
- AI Providers: OpenAI, Google Generative AI, or Mistral may process your diet plan data and preferences to generate personalized recommendations.
- Vector Databases: Pinecone or Qdrant store embeddings of your diet plans for AI search functionality.
5. Data Deletion

6. Age Requirement
FitFlexity is designed for users aged 12 to 65 years old. If you are under 18, please ensure you have parental consent before using our service.
